Sign in at the Portal URL from your invite. You'll land on the Dashboard.
Set up your teams — create sub-organizations to control who gets access to which platforms (see below).
Invite your team — go to My Organization → Invite Member. Pick Admin (full management) or Member (view & download).
Check your licenses — go to Licenses to see what's available and assign Kanzi Studio licenses to team members.
Your organization has a pool of Platform Support licenses — each one grants access to builds for a specific hardware/OS combination.
Sub-organizations let you group members and share only the platform licenses they need:
Your Organization
├── Team A → shares: NXP i.MX 8, Qualcomm SA8155
├── Team B → shares: Renesas R-Car H3
└── Partner → shares: NXP i.MX 8 only
Go to My Organization → create a sub-organization
Then share specific platform licenses to each sub-org
Members in that sub-org see only the platforms and downloads you've shared
This is the key difference between a regular member (sees everything) and a sub-org member (sees only what's been shared to their group).
Members can browse, view, and download — but only Admins can:
Create sub-organizations and control which platform licenses each group gets
Assign & release Kanzi Studio licenses to individual team members
Invite members and manage their roles
Set up verified domains so colleagues with matching email addresses can join with one click
Customize your organization name
| Role | Can view & download | Can manage licenses | Can manage members | Can create sub-orgs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Admin | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Member | Yes | No | No | No |
Kanzi Studio licenses come in two types:
Node-locked — tied to one machine. You assign these to specific team members. They can be released and reassigned.
Floating — shared across your network. Available to your whole org up to the concurrent user limit.
Platform Support licenses — grant access to specific hardware/OS platform builds. These are what you share to sub-organizations to control per-team access.
Licensed files (Kanzi Studio builds, SDKs, plugins) appear automatically based on your org's licenses — or for sub-org members, based on what's been shared to their group. Public files (docs, examples) are available to everyone.
